We decided to place our Belconnen property on the market while we were on holiday in Tasmania! As well as now living in another state, we needed an agent we could rely on. We cannot fault Happy's communication, we never had to guess where things were at, he sent photo updates of the work we needed done prior to selling, and most importantly, he called when he said he would! We have sold a few houses in our time, but we had never been to auction. We relied on Happy's market knowledge and we were very glad we did. I didn't love the auction nerves, but I could not fault the team's organisation and efforts prior to and on the day. It's not often you find someone who will go above and beyond, especially when we were not there in person to keep account. Happy did just that.
